A lot of time and resources went into the build-up of the Betasup project and a huge part of that was dedicated to ensuring that the special delicacies we serve are not just tasty and enticing, but absolutely safe for the consumer.
Our kitchen structure, staff and operational protocols are set to ensure food safety, likewise our distribution and sales protocols. Our research into making things safer never stops.
At Betasup, anything considered unsafe belongs in the trash.

Expansion Plans?
A –
Betasup is set to cover the whole of Nigeria, subsequently stretching to other African countries and eventually other continents. However, for the time being, Party Contracts, catering contracts and other large quantity demand contracts are taken from every part of Nigeria, but Pot Requests are essentially still covered for Lagos and parts of Ogun State.

Kitchen Locations?
A –
Currently, we have Specialty Kitchens in Lagos, one in Papa-Ajao area, one at Abesan Estate in Iyanapaja Region and another soon to start on the Lekki Peninsula. Several others are being planned and prepared in other parts of Lagos and other states in Nigeria, to become operational in the nearest future. Information on operational kitchens, their locations and active times are always available on our communication channels.

 

Kitchen visits by clients?
C –
Customers are welcome to visit Betasup Specialty Kitchens. This shall however be on invitation after a visit request is officially received. Such visits shall however be a little restricted and done under strict protocols in order not to jeopardize operational safety in the kitchen being visited.
Service/Contact Locations and Active Hours?
C –
Betasup operates both stationary and mobile contact desks, well distributed all over the city of Lagos and spreading eventually to other states. Information on the location and active times of our contact desks are always available through our communication channels.

Large quantity requests can be considered to have been confirmed when the payment of up to Eighty percent (80%) of the total bill has been received and confirmed. The balance shall be expected to be paid before delivery or at the time of receiving the dishes requested.

One of the extraordinary qualities that stand Betasup out is the capability to take emergency requests,  of very large quantity and diverse variety of dishes, and still deliver seamlessly within a short or even ultra-short time of receiving the request.
Emergency Party Rescue Requests are requests coming in and being confirmed at a time shorter than sixty (60) hours prior to the time of delivery. The pricing system for such is different and graded according to how close to the delivery time the request confirmation comes in.

Normal Party Request is expected to be confirmed minimum of one (1) week from the time of expected delivery. Confirmation of Party Requests coming in closer than a week to the delivery date shall however be accepted, but it will attract extra charges upon the price of the requested dishes.
It will however be treated as an Emergency Party Rescue Requests if confirmed at a time shorter than sixty (60) hours prior to expected time of delivery.

Cutleries?

Cutleries, like serving plates, spoons, forks, etc, which may be required in serving the dishes delivered, are also available to be provided, either on a Returnable plan or on a Non-returnable plan. This attracts an extra charge upon the price of the dishes requested.
For those that would love the traditional cutleries, in a bid to complete the traditional theme of the party, they can also be provided.

Servers?

Servers to dish and serve the delicacies can also be provided, for an affordable extra charge. This service is also classed, and the different classes of servers attract different charges.

Theming?
We can also provide special Traditional Theming for every aspect of your event, including Tech-driven Special Effects (EFFIZY), to impress your guests.

We do accept and serve bulk requests, continuous catering contracts, party catering contracts, camp catering contracts and other types of catering contracts, courtesy of our BETASUP OWANBE.
They are specially negotiated for, with different pricing regimes and delivery plan/provisions.
A request is considered a Bulk Request Contract when it has not less than Ten (10) standard pots of the same or different delicacies in it, and it is submitted and confirmed a week or more before the time of delivery, or requested for repeated service.

Request of several units of the same or different dishes is possible and in fact easy, via all available communication channels. Multiple requests comes with some special privileges, which may include generous discounts, bonuses, free delivery and lots more.
The different pots requested and confirmed can be delivered or picked-up at the same time or at different times, as the requesting customer indicates.

The return of a refused dish shall be carried out by the dispatcher, after a Refusal/Return form has been duly completed. The return of such dishes shall not be at the customer’s expense.

Refusal of a delivered dish is only acceptable in a situation in which the presented dish clearly deviates from the main specifications documented in the request for the dish. Refusals are expected to be confirmed by phone call between the client and a representative at the Central Command Center and in the presence of the Dispatcher. Refusals are only acceptable if pressed at the point of delivery or pick-up.

Customers who wish to postpone the delivery of an already confirmed request are expected to do so minimum of Three (3) hours before the expected delivery time of the request ( for small quantity requests), or not less than Twelve (12) hours before the expected delivery time (for large quantity requests). The postponement request is also to be confirmed on a phone call following submission of the postponement request.

We do offer Express Service, in which a customer can request via any of the communication channels and be able to get their orders fast-tracked and served with special priority, independent of the usual Delivery/Pick-up Schedules. An Express Service Fee is charged upon the usual price of the served order. VIP and VVIP Class Requests come automatically with Express Service privilege.

We offer a wait-and-get service, in which interested customers walk in to one of our Specialty Kitchens, demands for a delicacy on the menu and can relax as they wait to collect it. The delicacies are expected to be ready within the space of 20 – 60 minutes, depending on the dish requested. There is an Express Service fee charged upon the price of the dish requested.

We do offer a home service on special request from customers who meet the set criteria.
Home service attracts an extra charge upon the usual price of the actual request. There is also a time cap observed. Other terms and conditions also apply.

Containers of the delicacies are basically take-away. However, customers are entitled to discounts if containers are returned in satisfactory conditions.
Customers can also get a discount if the delicacies are turned out of the containers, leaving it with the Agent at the point of pick-up or delivery.

There is the Free Delivery privilege for orders above the set cut off value. Also, available is a number of bonus Free Delivery, awarded to a number of lucky customers each day. Free Delivery is also granted to customers who refer other customers.
VIP and VVIP class requests are not charged for delivery.
Pick-up on Service Stands or Mobile Desks at scheduled time periods are FREE.

The Delivery Fees are calculated at the time of submitting the request and expected to be  paid together with the fee for the requested pot.
The fees vary depending on the number of pots requested, the location to be delivered to and on whether the customer requests for Standard Delivery or Express Delivery.
Delivery fees start from 500 Naira upwards.
Pick-up on Service Stands or Mobile Desks at scheduled time periods are FREE.

Pay on Delivery privilege is available, but only to customers who have fulfilled all our KYC protocols.
When requesting to pay on delivery, the requesting customer should also understand that, should the need arise, prepaid requests shall be given higher priority than pay-on-delivery requests.

Requested  pots are made available for pick-up at Service Stands or Mobile Desks, located at strategic places in the city. Requested Pots can also be collected at the Specialty Kitchens.

The locations of these service points are always available on all our communication channels.

Requested delicacies are delivered or picked up during scheduled time windows at various locations. Only requests paid for at least four (4) hours before the selected delivery/pick-up window shall be treated and delivered.
